Multilingual chatbot

Multilingual chatbot that answers in the customer’s language

Whatever language a customer writes in, Synaptix AI continues the conversation in it. There is no language picker, no separate bot per language and no menu to translate.

How multilingual replies work

Synaptix AI detects the language of the incoming message and keeps the conversation in it, across 100+ languages. If the customer switches language halfway through, the bot follows. The behaviour is the same on every channel.

Your knowledge base does not have to be written in every language. You add your content once; the bot answers from it in the customer’s language.

What is and is not translated

Conversation: 100+ languages. Ready-made system notices — support ticket confirmations, error texts and capability replies — are currently sent in five languages: Turkish, English, German, Spanish and French.

How Synaptix AI works

  1. Pick one main channel and connect itEvery bot is set up for one main channel. The web widget goes on your site with a single script tag; Telegram and Slack connect from the dashboard.
  2. Teach it your businessAdd your website, PDFs and documents, and ready-made answers. The bot answers only from the knowledge you give it.
  3. Check and publishBefore going live the setup wizard checks the channel connection, the knowledge source and a test message. If something is not ready, the bot stays a draft.
  4. Reply, sort and measureThe bot replies in the customer’s language, sorts appointments, leads and support requests by type, and the dashboard shows message volume, the 7-day trend and the most asked questions.

Channels: what is live and what is coming

Live today: the web chat widget (every plan), Telegram and Slack (Pro and above). WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger are included from the Pro plan; their connection opens soon, and until then these three channels cannot be connected.
